Seeking a dedicated professional for a contract position in Astoria, NY.

Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Graduate of a Technical or Vocational LPN Program.
Available for a flexible schedule as needed.
Proficiency in phlebotomy and EKG.
Computer literacy, including proficiency in office software and healthcare record systems.

Qualifications

Valid NYS LPN License.

BLS Certification.

Preferred one year of experience with Substance Use Disorder or Serious Mental Illness.
